Big Mistake Poem by Unknown Unknown

I made the mistake of choosing him
Not to know he was there
Not to know I was doomed.
Although he had the most beautiful eyes,
I never thought I'd have the chance,
To be the only girl he chose to dance.

Those summer days,
They're long gone,
Never gonna know,
Our old song.
Thinking, Wondering,
What it would have been like
To choose the right guy.

Never going to find someone like him,
I loved him so dearly
So why didn't it sink in?
I never realized I made my biggest mistake,
I should of chose him,
And everything would be okay.
