Hedonist Poem by Mitchell Alexander

Hedonist

Indulge my sensual realm;
this peculiar idea called living.
It may process in the mind;
it tingles everywhere but.

To abscond from chastity and
veraciously devour moments,
reacting receptors.
Live life like prose.
Let the satisfaction run forth,
till the page of the day is
black and wet with ink.
Write tooo much.

Seconds as gifts,
retrain urges to refrain.
Abstinence as sacrilege,
admire the pastry but never eat.
.Waste.

None higher than the one inside,
who misses out dies in vain,
dies too late, dines to early.

Bring me sumptuous delights,
alight my skin; tickle every nerve
and envy me.
Impulsive dreams from thoughts to form.

Engulf of me the lot.
Everything.
Every where.
Leave no turn unstoned,
lest it hide another temporal treasure.
God and Pleasure fornicating on the end of me.
