Lonely Poem by Anthony Smith

Lonely

Rating: 5.0

You’ll call me crazy
You make my day
My state of residence
Is in disarray.

At the party
As far as all knew
Everything was cool
But the truth wasn’t true

The truth
Is bottled inside of me
I’m the loneliest
Man you’ll see

My closest friends
Can’t find my soul
Because it’s just
A big black hole

I thought that love
Would never end
Until it went walking
Around the bend
