Master Of Deception Poem by Jacob Arden

Master Of Deception

It was beautiful

What we had

I know you thought that,

Then came your dishonesty

Your trickery

But you forgot one thing, that

I am a master of deception

I read you easily

Anticipated you

You forgot what I was before

Like I told you

I am a master of deception

You tried to pull it on me

Your cons were too obvious

I never fell for them, as

I am a master of deception

You couldn't play

My own games better than me.

I am not proud of my past

As I am no longer... a master of deception
