"Money Changes Everything" Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

"Money Changes Everything"

The rich man
who invested heavily
became a multi-billionaire.
He then became a farmer of sorts.
Wore heavy work boots, the best of
work jeans, that, checkered blue long
sleeved woolen shirt and rode a rather
large horse. Then one day he attended
a town hall meeting, chatted up, a few
beautiful women … took each of them
back to his rather ornate mansion and
had more than the pleasant time with
each of them … word got around that
he, was most generous when it came
to ‘treating' those that ‘treated' him
well then, this is when things got
out of hand and he got whacked …
had prepared no legal will of course …
so, after his estate was settled …
the government got all that
remained … and spent
this developing a further
generation thermonuclear
device, which was used by a
Madhatter president to obliterate
a city somewhere … millions of innocent
humans died in an instant … millions more
from radiation sickness … what is the
moral of this sad and horrific tale?

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
You cannot pull a Camel through the eye of a needle... the super rich will remain the super rich because the less than rich always accept the super rich money to suppress the less than rich... designating the super rich as criminals (the vast majority truly are)and prosecuting them for their crime of becoming super rich by the activities which allowed each to become super rich is the only thing that will save the all of humanity... for the super rich are the most ghetto of bitches when it comes to everyone else' money... which the super rich consider as owed to them and their 'ilk' for becoming super rich... makes absolutely no sense for there to be any super rich on this planet... but that is a further study to be made...

The poem is quite thought provoking. It presents a 3-D picture of money and the millionaires and the changes they can bring about in a society or the country. Thanks.
