River Song Poem by Denn Meneses

River Song

Cold wind blows in the still of night
whispering words too beautiful to resist.
Am I in heavenly slumber?

The river...ah, the river.
The mystic river sounds its siren call
and mountain gnomes dance in wild abandon.
Am I in enchanted realms?

Come now, lead me on.
The flowers are in bloom
and the waters are inviting.

I can't wait to see the sun with you
holding my hand.
