Suffocate Poem by Jace Garcia

Suffocate

As dark as the night sky
Cold like the breeze
Time is a fly
Going by quickly
Heart hurting hardly healthy
Can´t stop its rapid beating
Tears pour down my face
As I picture you
Trapped underneath the ducktape
Starting to suffocate
Darkness closing in
It´s almost the end
Then I hear your voice
It´s like music to my ears
Makes me want to fight
Instead of laying here
Following your voice
Helping me escape
I get out
And
Run far away
