Remember how when asking God to Bless America
Its like asking a parent to do well by their child
And that well might just be through discipline
No child wishes to hear that..... unruly and wild

I was a child..
Grew up foolishly
became an adult wiser
and now sit ripened
...

I've an ache inside and it will not go away;
I cry in silence nothing to display.;
no one can hear
so i reach, to no one there
...

Pleasant dreams, pleasant dreams
Voices in the head begin to scream
Tossing and turning the midnight hour
Churning for slumber, rest is sour
...

Sometimes the moment arises and you know its time...
To set words down and express the rhyme
Sometimes its a feeling or nudge to express
Those who have experienced it can say yes
...

I remember friend your presence;
How you encouraged my heart.
Your drive drove me whenever down;
Always lifting from the start.
...

I sat near waters; flowng softly cleansing..soothing it freshened me;
but i didn't know why.
Waters I speak not physical but of a spiritual nature an inner washing
musing upon Gods word spoken.
