' It is finished", He said in grief and pain
Breathed His last, Knowing it's all for man's gain.
This brutal death, sealed by His disciple's kiss,
30 pieces of silver, never enough for one man's bliss.
...

As those autumns leaves keep falling on the ground;
I stand by the grave of moments that were once alive.
You take me back those days, your presence surrounds;
It's by your grace, that I survive.
...

The flame within that lights my soul ablaze
Withers to the smell of smoke over an empty grave
Tears that drenched eyes to conceal sunset over the streams
I failed as a dreamer; I failed to even dream the dream.
...

Here I lie in the palm of your hands;
A caterpillar you've rescued from a broken land.
Accepted by a selfless love that made no demands;
Made you my rock, the foundation on which I stand.
...

I saw the Lord seated upon a throne;
High and Lifted up; Seraphim around Him flown.
All around His lofty throne, His train filled the temple.
The foundations of the door at the sound of seraphim trembled.
...

Why do you want to remember?
That you've chosen to forget?
It's not your Joy I Intend to hinder;
It's just that I wished you'd live without regret.
...

Why do you want to remember?
That you've chosen to forget?
It's not your Joy I Intend to hinder;
It's just that I wished you'd live without regret.
...

I find myself growing fond of you
I ask myself if "us" a word, could ever come true.
Would it be more than a memory in my head?
Would my actions live up to the words that I've said?
...

As the star light shines, I see a vision so clear
The moon light across the sky paints, felt your presence drawing near.
I wish as I watch a comet glide at night;
That you were beside, watching the stars shine bright.
...

Here I lie in the palm of your hands;
A caterpillar you've rescued from a broken land.
Accepted by a selfless love that made no demands;
Made you my rock, the foundation on which I stand.

Easter - The Second Chance

' It is finished", He said in grief and pain
Breathed His last, Knowing it's all for man's gain.
This brutal death, sealed by His disciple's kiss,
30 pieces of silver, never enough for one man's bliss.

The serpent's face smirked with a smile
For the messiah's death, to him seemed futile.
But soon his glee would turn to gloom;
As my Savoir had indeed, risen from His tomb.

The third day He rose, defeating death's painful sting;
Endured the way of the cross, so to Him praises we sing.
He died for us, under man's own cruel decree,
His love so dear, set the slumberers free.

Easter is about one man's premeditated persecution
That saved our entire race, condemned to damnation.
So rejoice in Him and truly believe,
A second chance in life, you may receive!
