tenzini Tibet Poems

Another leaf from the bough; dried and burnt
Fell again one more into the dungeon of freedom
Scorching heat of repression with no sign of shade
World with their shades on watch the old bough burn
...

Excited nerves yet calm mind
trance deep into the mystic thought
picture of your curvaceous and wet abyss
withheld amid your two lustrous thighs
...

Drifting with the silence breeze,
it hovers and spread across dark wood
Dampness and silence lay afar
with occasional creaking of twigs
...

A Khuyug from the eastern Tibet,
you sing a song, song of red dragon
And you sang, sang alone
in the dusk misty sky
...

Under the shadow of my life
I have secrets hidden from your eyes
Some stolen days from my withering routine
Whence in death of night I sneaked
...

Love not thy body but heart..?
Yet thy deep eyes full of tenderness
Pierce through my soul beyond so keen
Shade beneath thy loose silken braid, so serene
...

Fire From The Skin

Another leaf from the bough; dried and burnt
Fell again one more into the dungeon of freedom
Scorching heat of repression with no sign of shade
World with their shades on watch the old bough burn
Smoke rose and brought some moist; contained
Sodden air reek burnt anguish surpass endurance
Within tiny infinite burn from skin to skin; bones
but mind still at ease smoked the last words
alas burnt heart, but fiery courage beat at core
splitting age old resentment and scorched patience
storm of hot air gust; wave of fire unrelenting
candle lights fail to match the heat; freeze burning
streets dead, lights off; left is distance dog barking
Dogs too retreat with the sigh of snivel in darkness
silence chilled the soul of street as if scout deaths
evince upcoming gale; burn and to be burnt
wake from our slumber to regain what is lost
raze everything down with the fire from their skin
to begin anew; to fulfill the words they last breath
if hearts fail; with the borrowed courage of deaths
we walk abreast with head held high towards the freedom
