Zaira Alindo Biography

'Life is not on earth' I am Alma Quijano Amatonding. Born May 31,1983 in Iloilo Provincial Hospital, Iloilo City. One and only daugther of Mr. Esmail Untoga Amatonding and Alice Ng-Cu Quijano. I presently live with in Metro Manila. When I was two years old, my parents decided that we transfer in Kalibo, Aklan. I spent my kindergarten in Sun Yat Sen Elementary School (1988 -1990) I was enrolled in one of the famous schools in town for grade school, in Kalibo Pilot Elementary School. At fifth grade, my parents broke up and soon the many challenges of my life began. As my parents separated, I was left with my uncle who supported my studies. I finished and got my elementary diploma at Pres. Manuel A. Roxas Memorial School (south campus) . Even though things tough for me because of lack of support from my parents emotionally and financially I was very determined and presevered to continue my education. Came February 1996, I took the entrance exam in Capiz National High School for the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) - Special Science and Technology Class (sstc) . Before I graduated DOST gave us another exam for the DOST College scholarship program. March 2000, results stated I passed that scholarship. After three years I graduated Diploma in Technology Major in Electronics. When I had my first job in Cavite, I realized that being an industrial operator is not my passion. I decided to take a Bachelor Degree in AMA Computer College. Hoping someday to be a successful engineer.)

Love Equals Humbleness

I’ve tried to say I hate you, but you humble yourself.
I’ve tried to let you angry, but you answered, “I care for you”
I’ve tried to say I’ll leave you now, but you replied, “I will always be here for you”


I’ve tried to tell you -be gone, but you said, “You’re important to me”
I hate myself of learning to care, because in truth, I care for you.
I hated myself every time that I’m thinking, because indeed, I’m thinking of you.

I regret the times I made you cry for it hurts me twice
