Ariadne Andromeda Dioscouri Poems

You go away
So I say I don't want you to stay
You'll get alone with the guy
Why, oh why?
...

Should I turn away from you, or should I comfort you?
Are you confused and lost, or are you evil and sinful?
Was it on accident, or have you always felt that way?
Should I be your friend, or reject you?
...

I'm broken hearted-down and parted
Life is just dreadful but nobody cares
The music's loud to mask the crying
Everyone's moved on and they forgot to take me
...

I didn't mean it
I never really wanted you dead
The funeral already came and went
Everything's already been said
...

Ariadne Andromeda Dioscouri Biography

At the young age of thirteen(two years ago) , a girl, plain in appearence and verily invisible, had some (MAJOR) problems with some of her friends. She didn't know how to stop from being sad about it, so, like with every other aspect of her life, she engulfed herself in fantasy. Her life, previously predominantly books, became more so. She could find no balance between reality and fiction. Finally, vexed at the repetitious plots, she decided to try her hand at writing. At first she started with stories, but realized that they are also consuming. She found, that in her doleful mood, she could spend meerly an hour and have a decent poem(at least, in her opinion) . She has since found that she writes better when she is sad. Since she tries her hardest not be sad, she doesn't have the oppertunity to write poerty often. Thusly, there are few poems to match the songs, which she writes when she is happy or angry, or stories, which she writes, whatever her mood.)

Make It Home

You go away
So I say I don't want you to stay
You'll get alone with the guy
Why, oh why?

We've been best friends forever
I never just thought, never
I want to share
But you don't seem to care

It must be true
Because it's what everyone says
Being around you
Will never feel the same again

You're obessed
And I'm all alone
Everyone's gone away
Now they do what you say

I'll wait by the phone
For a call that will never come
You go be 'it'
And I'll sit here just feeling numb

The parties were great
But now I'm glad I didn't go
I'm still alive
And you'll never make it home.
