I have seen mountains
Clasped at their peaks,
Perpetually, through the seasons,
And winged creatures, in flock,

I dreamed that I was dreaming
And a presence entered my room;
I could not move or twitch
But placed my mind on the LORD.

He ordered one for the road.
This was his custom,
Right after the moon shifted
Above the old farm town.

Nobody wants to be disappointed
But what is the antidote when you are?
Curse?
Fight?

The city is swallowed up
In a echoing wail
Amidst a fire tempest rage.
All the saints are praying
...

Blazing temples
Saw them coming
Around the bend,
Adorned in spears
...

Words linger long
Beneath sheets of chiseled stones;
Lusting for the pages,
Craving for the heart.
...

I will not pay
For the air I breathe
Or for the sun lights
That rain through the day.
...

Thugs fitted with uniforms,
Given badges and guns
To slaughter green unarmed,
Raising hands above the suns.
...

My head, pillows betwixt her breasts,
Finds warmth through frigid winter.
In luminous bliss, I rest,
No other dare to enter.
