Disappointment
Nobody wants to be disappointed
But what is the antidote when you are?
Curse?
Fight?
Punch a wall?
Get drunk?
Abandon the family?
NO.
Pray.
Confront the cause.
Tell a friend.
Go for a walk and then sleep it off.

Great advice Buxton for anger is a terrible emotion that can cause pain to many. Walking solves many problems to I believe along with music which is the best healer. Thank you
