Can't go out to play,
Acting like you staying in anyway
Did this rain just ruin your day

I can’t believe this power outage lasted this long
I hate being stuck in this elevator
I’m just going to sitting in darkness letting it consume everything
waiting for a blast from the lights

Finding her lost in her own world
Like a sheep in the meadow.
Seeing she in failing to understand
That we go hand in hand
...

Falling forever
Never to hit the ground
Nothing to hold u down
Nothing except a frown
...

I am not my hair
I am not my skin
I am the actions you see my do
I am the word I follow through

The pure silence of nature rings in my ears
The shear time to think brings up my greatest fear
In total darkness I stand tall
In the brightest light i start to fall

I cannot cry because I ran out of tears
I cannot feel through all this pain
I wont laugh because there is no happiness left
I cannot love because I was not loved

Every time it rains a piece of my life breaks off
The pieces of my life bombard me with tears that i don't shed
The lightning is the physical pain and assault that i endure
The thunder is me screaming when I am left by my dad
