that illuminates every room.

For those who don’t have pets
won’t know what I mean,
but for those who do
will know just what I mean.

and when you close your eyes,
Mr Sandman will call
while your sleepy head

Driving some friends home last night
who lived about thirty miles away
in the dim light of a political figures mind.
My eyes strained to see the road markings
