Go to sleep my child
and when you close your eyes,
Mr Sandman will call
while your sleepy head
heads for the field of your dreams
under a never-ending sun.
There you will play
the whole night through.

Once again, you will chase butterflies
across the field of your dreams,
laugh and sing
and no crying among your tears.

A new day awaits you
on the other side of your dreams
as bight and sunny
as you want it to be.

and close those sleepy eyes.
