don’t speak the words
never speak the words
they were not meant
to be said
...
summer was all around us
closing in the invective winter
i felt the vapor
...
let the clutch free play
we'll bleed the steel
when the high temp curves
bend the wheels
...
this crawling, racing,
this pacing
oh little girl
you thought you would beat the rap
...
the alarm went off
in dreamland
invading sun
makes the landscape
...
feeling alive
in the high volume
late pocket of night
blaring music
...
melting all around me
in the flat sun
i feel the trembling
surrounding

Among The Living
don’t speak the words
never speak the words
they were not meant
to be said
better to feel it instead
to promise
is to procrastinate
