Gordon Bailey Poems

You are so wicked you are so vain,
You are my pleasure you are my pain.
...

Is it in the eye of the beholder or is it skin deep
should we see ourselves as others see us.
What is beauty?
...

is when I close my eyes.
Beyond the darkness I can see,
all the things that mean so much to me.

The Best Poem Of Gordon Bailey

You Are My Guilty Pleasure.

You are so wicked you are so vain,
You are my pleasure you are my pain.
When inside, you turn me out,
You make me scream you make me shout.

You set me free you tie me up,
You empty me, you fill my cup.
Your in my head I can not see,
What it is you do to me.

You are the drug that I must take,
You are the urge that I forsake.
You are the scratch that I enjoy,
You are my plaything, but not my toy.

You are the want that I don't need,
You are the giving to my greed.
You are my sleep as I awaken,
You are my eggs, but not my bacon.

You are the badness that is good for me,
You are the blackness to my white,
You are the darkness to my light,
I have to bring about a measure.

To draw an end to my guilty pleasure.
