Eyes shut tight as I am wrapped in a web of sheets.
The widow, closing in, stealing my life in my dreams.
Awake, I will not, spun from head to feet.

I was willing to cut a deal the the devil, but do not know what my soul was worth.
Neither does god, he is too shelfish, just holds on to what I have been searching for.
His angels glide down, to greet me with their life of grins.
As demons crawl up, and supply me with love of sins.

Hate the way we ended without a heartfelt word.
Yet there is so many unspoken, trapped beneath my thirsty tongue,
longing for an honest ear, a simple genuine ear,
just to care enough to hear my……words

Her eyes begin to weep as she puts another slice of relief
across her vein.
Voice cracks and breaks as she detaches it from,
my name.

I will never put my faith into a belief, that truly believes,
we all will be happy when we pass.
Move on to a blissful afterlife.
Intriguing, enough to bring the passing day forth.

I am choking on the thick air, let in by a screenless window.
I fight back, at the imaginary scratch, at the back of my throat.
Holding back sense of pride, that my mind will get the best of me tonight.
It will show me many ways I might die, in just the four hours, it gives me to rest.
