To this beautiful world for a time,

But my soul whispered in my ears,

Hide me from the fires,
The fires of fear and deepest despair,
The daggers of desire killed our light,
Pouring darkness in thunder and lightning,

Songs of hope, turn me deaf,
Let me not hear the lies destined,
Colours of life, turn me blind,
Let me not see this world so dark,
...

The darkness of light stabs my soul,
The breath becomes fire and melts my heart,
Lost is love and lost is my path,
This journey unending and so scary,

Why you follow me always,
And everywhere I go?
You don't make any sense,
Nor do you think!

Prostrations and salutations at thy feet,
My Lord, my Master, my everything,
Let thy blessings be showered on me,
And on all the fellowmen around the world.

Oh! my dear little rose, let me ask you,
Why you are born in the middle of thorns?
