Minus Poem by Lal Parameswar

Minus

Oh! my dear little rose, let me ask you,
Why you are born in the middle of thorns?
It is just to remind you that,
There is no joy without sorrows!
Oh! my dear little white mist,
Why you come from nowhere and vanish?
It is just to remind what all the,
Sweet thoughts did in your mind!
Oh! my dear little twinkling star,
Why you are always burning to see me happy?
It is just to remind you what your,
Loving parents are doing always!
Oh! my dear little rain drops,
Why you go up in air and pour as rain?
It is just to remind you about,
Good Lord's helping hands in your life.
Oh! my dear little soap bubble,
Why are you so cute but fragile?
It is just to remind you that,
Your Life, it's not forever.
