Better bring your appetite with you
‘Cause these cooks always want to share

There’s a world that you can enter
A place where cowboys dwell
It’s a wonderful museum
Showing western tradition as well

The storm raged in over night
Yes, nature had a plan
It brought terrible conditions
For plant, or beast, or man

The gentle people who live there
Are like the flowers we grow
They’re sweet and beautiful
And a little colorful, you know

He takes a giant paintbrush
And swipes across the sky
The beauty of those colors
Are captive to the eye.

I visited a house the other day
It was built a long time ago
It was made of mostly sod throughout
Preserved and kept to show

She’s the Coal Miner’s Daughter’s daughter
And what a joy Cissy was to meet
