Spring Blossoms Poem by Marilyn Lott

Spring Blossoms

Rating: 4.0

Do you ever just take a walk
In the park on a sunny day?
Flowers in full bloom
Children racing around at play

Fresh sweet air so pleasant
And over there I see
An artist in the midst of capturing
A flower, a bird or a tree

Spring blossoms on the trees
Their sweetness fills the air
I swing my arms as I walk along
Without a single care

Bees are buzzing ‘round
Drinking nectar from the blooms
I can’t think of a better way
To chase away the glooms

No matter how long winter is
Or what clutters up our mind
We always have spring and summer
To look forward to each time!
