حيَّاك ربّيَ يا روحي وريحاني


حيَّاك ربّيَ يا روحي وريحاني
فأَنتِ في الأرض معبوري وإيماني

لِلّه عيناكِ هل عيناكِ أَدركتا
ما أَجَّجت في قلوبِ الأُسدِ عينانِ

لِلّه قلبكِ إذ قلبي يطارحهُ
وجدي فيخفق ولهاناً لولهانِ

في أضلعي من لهيب الحبِّ نارُ جوىً
ما زلتُ أسكب فيها ماءَ أَجفاني

لولا دمٌ عربيٌّ في العروق جرى
هجرتُ من أَجلكِ الدنيا وأوطاني

لكنّ مجدَ جدودي من قيورِهِمِ
لنصرة الوطن المحبوب ناداني

لبَّيكُمُ يا أُباةَ الضَّيمِ هائنذا
ما خاب ظنُّكُمُ في شبل قحطانِ

روحي وما ملكت كفّي فدى وطني
فلينسج الموتُ منذُ اليوم أَكفاني
