I’m looking but I’m losing
If you’ve fought and made it through—
You can do it again
But I can’t do anything
Without seeing your face
But I can’t be anyone
Without knowing what I used to be
To you
And now how you’re walking away
I hear our song on the radio
I see your car on the freeway
Your favorite movie is on the TV
Your name on the Internet
In an email you sent me
Just to know that I’m still breathing
I’m hurting ‘cause you’re not mine
I’ve been hurt and loved again but…
I don’t want to give up
Without a good fight
I’ll be your perfect angel
‘Cause you walked out of my dreams
And I can’t allow you to keep walking
