.2. Postman Poem by David Threadgold

.2. Postman

Could I have been a postman?
Sorting letters in a sack
Cycling around the streets
To post them then go back

I’d like to take out two sacks
And deliver twice as many
But then what would the others do
When I hadn’t left them any
