Take me on a tour
In your own time
Show me where you've been
In your entire life
My hands are sweating
As you expose me to the dark corners of your heart
Your mind
The calluses on your feet
From the unfortunate roads you've travelled
The tears you've cried
The people you've hugged
The times you needed a shoulder
And denied an ear
How you turned the other cheek
In those situations When your fist was balled
The cold brisk wind
When you didn't know me or my warmth
The misunderstandings and confrontations
Which made you who you are today
No words
We don't even have to talk
We don't even have to touch
If you let me
I could know you
I could uplift you
When needed
I could be gone
When needed
I could be patient
Because you are
And nothing else would matter
We would be deeper than love
We would be without words
Yet creative, and expressive
What's deeer than love, you ask?
