2am Rain
Implement the lotus predicate
Ruffled in the nest of change
You deny me
Bravado as soft as tears
Lonely acoustic religion
Gardens owned by the fall
Shrunken visions of scorn
You are owned
Cordial temple
Impervious idealism
I have left you an orphan
Your lovers are sterile
By the rainbow moon I sail
Flurries of jazz rivers
Evening is my court room
Spandau guards smoke
Madness brings no closure
Fences become friends
Only the sea within crashes
I sleep again a free man
How I love the 2am rain
