Today is a good day.
Now you know that the love I have is really for you.
I am free.
Free to make you happy in every way possible.
I told you I loved you,
thats what I meant.
I told you I wanted forever,
so thats what I want.
Youre everything and more.
Absence makes the heart grow fonder;
I never understood what that meant until now.
Not having you,
not being able to say that I am with you for so long has made me realize that it really is you that I want to spend the rest of my life with.
I cant love anyone else like the way I love you.
I dont look at guys the way I did before we met.
I know we have had issues with the people around us,
and that I let it get in the way of you and me,
but I promise that I am ready and capable of blocking everyone and everything out.
Im done letting other people decide what I want.
I know what I want and I am going to prove to you that it truely is you I long for.
You are the man that completes my dreams.
Im sorry I let you down.
Im sorry I listened to them.
Im sorry I went to him.
Im sorry for those few times that I couldnt say 'I love you too.'
Im sorry I hurt you,
and Im sorry that I tried to block you out.
My biggest mistake was to doubt you.
I should have known better,
but I guess I didnt.
Now Im telling you that I want that second chance.
Im telling you now that I want to be with you.
Nothing is in the way.
Nothing at all.
