.5. Well And Truly Stuffed Poem by David Threadgold

.5. Well And Truly Stuffed

Rating: 5.0

Pitter patter pitter patter
Raindrops in the puddle splatter
Nitter natter nitter natter
Grownups talk while children chatter

Chewing, chewing endless chewing
Teeth and tongue are taste pursuing
Slurping, slurping red wine slurping
Mixed with food now nonstop burping

Ding dong bell ding dong bell
The cat has got a funny smell
Itchy scratching itchy scratching
Needs a spray and fleas need catching?

Silver shining brightly shining
On the table winer dining
Fill the salvers start the munching
Crispy crackling pork for crunching

Pitter patter pitter patter
Raindrops outside doesn’t matter
Knives and fork on plates now clatter
All content now getting fatter
