After the exercises, I often feel, When sitting lazily and slightly tired, That the stream of thoughts has come to a halt, And dried up the incessant flow of the cares, And deep inside a strange stillness appears. What's my station in the world doesn't cross the mind, I 'm more content, more alive I find. Sometimes when I dance and sing, Rapt in the beats ‘n the melodious tune, Totally unaware of the worldly affairs, Then all the thinking seems to fade, And Life’s a rhythm with its wings spread. in the ants you step upon god appears before you in the bees buzzying god sends his message of honey with the breeze he wishes you good day when the thoughts quiten when you give up your thinking stupidity you could see gods giggling around in the grounds playing mischief in and around
