9 O'Clock Friend Poem by ted de Hallam

9 O'Clock Friend

You nightly delight me
But always politely
Sometimes I can't wait until nine.
To see you in in satin
Or something latin
Outfits all matching, sublime.
Colour co-cordinate, I feel insubordinate
If below too, how divine.
So I'm off to see Debbie
And possibly, maybe
I'll find out tonight after nine.

for Debbie.Sharing a day was a nightly pleasure xx.

Really light-hearted fun poem, i like the repetition of nine, it adds a jumpiness to it :)
