A Blast Of Joy

A blast of joy came from Heaven
And it's still music to our ears
The announcement of the birth of a Saviour
Was the greatest news in years
Fulfilled prophesy of the Word
That was written in the Book of Isaiah
As sure as all get out praise God!
Was the coming of the Messiah

Earth received her King
And His first crowning was of thorns
But there is coming a day...praise God
When His true Kingly crown is worn
The government shall be upon His shoulders
Praise God..the Prince of Peace
His rule and reign magnificent
The wonder of which shall never cease

O to be found of that Saviour
Who truly came seeking the lost
And became Himself.. the Light of the world
By means of an old rugged Cross
Yes Calvary covers it all
Where sin's payment was covered in full
The blood of our Saviour poured out
The Sacrificial offering for all

We bring our presence to Jesus
Lord please forgive me I pray
I've left off of knowing You
But Lord...I wish to know You today
Come into my heart Lord Jesus
I believe You have died for my sin
I hereby acknowledge your death for me
And I want to be born again...

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
