I am chasing the cause, of being the way of many
No matter the complexities, or sense of autonomy
But to yield one hand of understanding, to a few
Would endeavour the soul, to find my heart true
That shall nourish a spirit, and forebode the pain
Was the lesson I never learnt, until my own gain
In personal experience, that had then broken me
So much I considered, before I could finally see
Such a point of turmoil that changed me, forever
In a blinding epiphany, that shattered the fever
Of this unstoppable entrapment, to which I knew
Back when my world, was untranslatable but true
Each and every persona, is the candle to a cause
Of the unity in a common, acknowledged pause
To recollect the burdens, and give the free hand
That turned me from the fury, to the placid land
There after I never looked back, to whom I was
So each and every hour, was one too many wars
That so took me far too deep, into embattlement
And left me longing, for homebound settlement
Far reach, for the escape that was shuttered away
And nearly caused me to forget, the light of day
Chasing the ever rapidly, fading envisage of calm
Breathless and weaker, before I finally felt harm
Such wounding of the soul that, nearly killed me
But here I so stand before you, and I am now free
Strong now again, with clarity that diamonds saw
The pearls of my spirit, seeking what I lost before
That I have so nearly found, if be for the longing
For the passions and embracing, of a tendering
That I found myself, in such completeness again
And so was able to have swept away, the pain
