Have you ever tried to win
all the challenges you face begin,
or you sit and do nothing
and get tense from within?
In the past if it was so,
that you never let the worry go,
you probably had never taken the pains
to overcome your fears and strains.
Don't worry dear
as the past is gone.
You still have today
and tomorrow's dawn.
Be calm and careful as you walk the line,
even before you realize,
you will have left a mark
on the sands of time...
