A Cigarette-Smoker's World, Only Smokes And Smokes, Trailing Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

A Cigarette-Smoker's World, Only Smokes And Smokes, Trailing

A cigarette-smoker's world,
Only smokes and smokes,
Twirling and twirling
And trailing over,
The cigar lit and burning,
Burning
Held in the hands,
Burning and burning
And lighting,
In embers,
The gentleman
In suites and the boots
Taking to,
Taking to stylistically
With two fingers
Taking to,
Taking to the lips
And a few puffs taken,
It smoked and lighted
And smoked and lighted,
And the ashes shaken off,
Smokes coming out
Of the mouth and nose,
The gentleman smoking,
Smokes, smokes, smokes
Life in smoke,
The future lying unknown,
A black-out waiting for
With ashes and ashes
To end it all
And life but an ash-tray
To shake off the ashes
For the all the cigars smoked.
