A Contrite Heart Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

A Contrite Heart

A heart contrite
and humbled,
O God, you
will not spurn.

In your goodness
have mercy on me.

In the greatness
of your compassion
wipe out my offense.
(Ref. to Psalm 51)
