A Crash Poem by Brian Ely

A Crash

Let me off this ride
I think i'm going to be sick
How'd i get here anyway
Some sick party trick?
So please call the doctor
I am going down
Engines out
Hitting the center of town
Call the minutemen
This surely won't be good
A large explosion
Twists and turns
A loud bang
A lot of burns
Oh such commotion
Ouch such a shock
Quickly! Tape off the block
I'm on fire
The plane is thrashed
Did i intend to crash?
Body broken
Laying dead
'Wake up, it's all in my head'
But this is real
Inside filled with dread
I crashed
I'm dead
