A.D.H.D Poem by Kewayne Wadley

A.D.H.D

There I stood as each breath elasped the seconds that fastly ticked.
Your love is the strongest drug I've known.
My thoughts stop as a quiver travels through my veins.
Echoing through my soul. The vibrant color shown at the sight of your eyes.
The thought my lips cease to stop having.
A fruitful voyage that yearns to be pressed up against your lips
A trip away from the harsh reality without you here whether its minutes or hours.
The blood rushes to my head. Leaving my body limp.
The muscles around my eyes tighten from the light of your smile.
A mixture of clouds silently playing in the sky. Seeking the serenity I've found in you.
A plight to heaven as the ladder taken to this place is now soaked in kerosine soon to be set a blaze with every touch of your lips.
I can feel my body turning cold
Needing to feel the warmth of you.
A divine desire to have you near. Only you know the urgency of how much I need you. How badly I crave you.
I can feel you traveling through my veins, feeding my every thought.
To look into your eyes, to feel them pierce through my soul.
I feel my body turning cold as liquid fire courses through my veins.
Praying this addiction lasts forever. Praying this addiction has rooted itself deep with you as well
Sprouting branches that reach well over your heavenly body into the fruitfilled taste that accompanies each time I mention your name
