A Droop Of A Moon. Poem by preet sinh

A Droop Of A Moon.

A droop of a moon,
Floating on the river-road
Brightest night walk seems so sullen at the edge of silence
Looks like some dream standing under the shadow of willow tree.

An aged house standing nearby,
Tired doors closed very tightly
Looks like awaited from long while
Some foot marks never return back
Hiding under the dry leave’s roof.
Today, some sparrows came down and sing a song of love,
And fly back with some leaves
They have new begging to start
And some naked foot marks will look back someday,
As,
One window still left-open
One hope still left-open
