A Feared, Fierce Offspring Poem by iqra hassan

A Feared, Fierce Offspring

A feared and fierce offspring…

I want to write a thousand poems,
With daggers in place of words in each,
The daggers too, drenched in blood,
Vermillion and cold,
Meant to kill every soul,
Stenciled with the black of shame…
I desire to devour my own breed,
For they water the seed of the cult,
And adorn their offspring with utter blasphemy,
They fill new born- hearts with the deep-seated fear,
I want to tear each begetter on earth,
For they to merely legalize the lust,
Keep poisoning the soul of this universe,
I am paying for their sins..
