to a child who must feel the constant need to be loved
a few words of praise is all enough

you cannot give him a car or a chick
he isn't old enough to drive or to be driven

touch his hair, giggle his armpits
and you will hear his childish laughter

a few words of praise and a heart beat
to a child his day is already complete
