A Heart So Confused
I believed in happy endings
In fairytale-like stories
I believed he loved me
That he cared for me
But now, I’m confused.
I don’t know what to think
I don’t know what to believe in
Had he really loved me?
The way he treated me says yes
He loved me
But the way I see it now says no
He hadn’t loved me.
Or maybe he loved me
But not that much
He loved me less
Not like how he loved his past love.
