A Kiss. Poem by Charles M Moore

A Kiss.

Rating: 5.0

In silhouettes that shadow in the yellow of the moon
in midnight skies that sparkle with a million stars festooned
in scented summer air that beckons lovers with a breeze
in silence of a moment of a kiss she gave to me.

Short and sweet as the kiss she gave you! Beautiful, Charlie. You write with such smooth, rhyming simplicity, that your work is always a pleasure to read. Only, give us more, more, Moore! Linda
