A Life Of Learning Poem by Arin Tumanuvao

A Life Of Learning

Rating: 4.8

As I take a trip down memory lane,
I watch as the good and bad times shape me into the person I am today.
My life is not one of fortune or fame,
but I've learned that being on the bottom is okay.
I've learned that the bad times make you stronger,
while the good ones make life worth living.
I've learned to love longer,
and it is better to be giving.
I've learned that dwelling on the past only makes life black,
and that letting go heals the body and soul.
I've learned to go forward and never look back,
and to always seek a goal.
I intend to keep learning, as I keep living life,
as I grow stronger from all the strife.
