A New Trail Poem by Chris Tiganescu

A New Trail

Quivering lips and trembling
eyes, vent for the fear heartache,
at a loss of words, irreversible
true words spoken, the touch of
you the feel of you, what plays
through my head, your smile
and beating eyes, oh how i long
to hold you for a mere minute,
lust diminishes and truer hearts
come out, to coexist in what may
be reality or a fatal fantasy.
