Great narrative poem. Excellent flow of words and thought with a delightful end. |
Rebel Heart (7/20/2008 3:49:00 PM)
A compelling narrative of a love lost and found. You take the reader into your mind as you explore this 'unknown corridor' where physical desire is overwhelmed by the mind's desire to explore and understand, until a love once lost is intuitively found. A poem of immense depth, you certinly know how to engage the reader and leave them with a feast of memorable lines upon which to ponder... |

Superb, David - real depth, maturity & wisdom: Helen & Onelia are right in that this shows you to be out of the ordinary. |
Helen Unknown (7/15/2008 11:02:00 AM)
This is a delightfully told tale. (With a happy ending too) . A real heart-warming poem David, thanks for sharing. HG: -) xx p.s. agree with Onelia, it's the one thing a woman wants more than anything - to be made love to with the mind.... |

Way too wordy, David...your excess went even to your poem. I'd like to see what you get when you 'boil this down' by half.
