He was renowned for his strong will
Obstacles were just tiny rocks in dunes
All diseases he suffered from didn't ruin him
As her love was a panacea for his illness
living for decades or hours didn't bother his heart
She stood by his side in time of distress
Her devotion empowered his fading days
He didn't count how long he supposed to live
Only the moments of sincere happiness she provided his life with
like an everlasting dream he enjoyed her company
His survival wasn't the only miracle he expected to happen
but finding relief in her affectionate soul was his real remedy
