A Poem For Bedtime Poem by Jenny Elvy

A Poem For Bedtime

Rating: 5.0

My darling son you've given me
Many years of joy.
You lie there and I think to myself
There he is, my boy.
Your eyes are shut, your head is rested gently on the pillow.
As you drift off, I wonder what
Lies ahead for tomorrow.
